Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Architect with proficiency in AutoCAD and experience in modeling with Sketchup. The ideal candidate must be capable of executing a full set of Construction Documents (CDs) for Healthcare/Commercial building types. You will draft existing conditions from site surveys and manage projects from schematic design through construction documents, including coordination with consulting engineers. Additionally, you will develop construction detailing and specifications, and handle construction administration tasks such as answering RFIs, reviewing submittals, and conducting construction site observations. Researching codes as needed and creating realistic renderings for client presentations are also part of the role.

Our firm, located in Red Bank, NJ, is expanding and looking to grow to the next level. We currently have a small team of three people and are seeking to add another talented individual due to recent staff changes. We specialize in healthcare projects, including renovations, new buildings, skilled nursing facilities, hospitals, freestanding treatment centers, MRI, and CT facilities. Our work is primarily in the tri-state area. We offer a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative work environment where the designs you create will be built. We provide 2 weeks of PTO, 8 additional days off, and a 401k plan. Join us for a unique opportunity to be involved in all phases of projects in a non-repetitive, ever-changing design landscape.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $36.05 - $48.07/hr.
