We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architect to join our team for a project located in Bataan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the preparation of schematic designs, complete architectural working drawings, and shop drawings. You will also be involved in tender work, assisting the tender team to develop designs, as well as coordinating fit-out works. Your role will require regular interaction with design consultants and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Prepare schematic designs, working drawings, and shop drawings to meet project specifications. Assist the tender team in developing design schemes for new projects. Design and oversee fit-out works, ensuring compliance with quality standards. Coordinate with design consultants and contractors to ensure efficient project delivery. Evaluate contractor estimates and quotations to ensure project budget compliance. Assess progress billing statements issued by contractors and ensure timely approvals. Prepare as-built drawings in accordance with site conditions and any changes made during the construction process.

 

Requirements:

 

Graduate of BS Architecture. Licensed Architect with at least 2 years of professional experience. Strong knowledge in project scheduling, cost estimation, and site supervision. Proficient in project documentation and maintaining organized records. Willing to be assigned to the project site in Bataan. Ability to start immediately and contribute to ongoing projects.
