About this role

An exciting opportunity for an immediate start Architect to join a highly creative multidisciplinary studio. They are looking for design focused lateral thinkers whose energetic and proactive approach will help shape the growing practice. You will be an ArchiCAD expert who will play a key role in managing submissions and ensuring that designs are executed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

Work within an established team to deliver high-end projects Ensure all designs comply with relevant standards and regulations Produce detailed documentation in ArchiCAD and ensure the delivery of high-quality work Good organisational skills with the ability to work autonomously and in a team environment Show initiative in identifying problems and leading solutions throughout the design and construction process

Skills and Experience 

Completed qualifications in Architecture Excellent ArchiCAD documentation skills - Photoshop/Adobe skills also advantageous Local Australian standard BCA knowledge and experience NSW Architects Registration preferred  Experience with alts and adds in NSW/Australia  Exceptional attention to detail and strong technical abilities Knowledge and understanding of design, tender and construction processes A ‘can-do’ and enthusiastic attitude
