Define Architecture for mid-sized type of project. Design the technical framework and implement the same. Identify and conduct design of complex sub-components /module in collaboration with project teamarchitects and client SME. Assess corporate impacts of changes and recommend strategies to senior management • Provide knowledge transfer to clients and fellow consultants, in formal and ad hoc settings QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS: Basic Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in information technology, business administration/management, or a related field, with at least 12 years of related experience, OR a Master's degree in information technology, business administration/management, with at least 2 years of related experience • Minimum 1-2 full lifecycle implementations in SAP Logistics/WM Functional area, preferably with S4 HANA environment • 12 years of SAP experience • 2 full-cycle SAP implementations • Excellent understanding of business processes associated with Sales and Logistics operations. • Expert in set-up and configuration of SD-LE as well as cross functional design/build of modules such as PP • Proficient in all aspects of a project from requirement gathering and gapping to realization to testing, go-live prep and go-live execution as well as hyper-care support. Ability to lead sessions and create requirements to develop the right client solution • Highly skilled in SD-LE master data set-up, cleansing, harmonization and migration, including LSMW and Migration Cockpit Knowledge and Skills • Excellent knowledge of SAP ECC, S/4 HANA Order to Cash business functions. • Strong SAP SD/LE/TM/IM/WM subject matter expertise (SME) with knowledge of Inbound Processing, Outbound Processing, Physical Inventory, RF Transactions, HU Management, and Production Integration • Proficient in troubleshooting and leading the evaluation and design of corrections for complex incidents, maintaining a high level of functional competency in the standard configuration of Warehouse Management, Inventory Management & Transportation Management. • Experience communicating technical and business issues/solutions to individuals at all levels, including process owners and stakeholders • Strong active listening skills and the ability to translate needs, concerns, and solutions across functional and stakeholder groups • Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a tight project timeline • Demonstrated creativity balanced with practicality to meet business objectives and team needs • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Extensive experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and under pressure • Strong understanding of IT architecture and ERP development
