Architect III – Solution Architect

As a Cross Functional Solution Architect role, you will collaborate with stakeholders across different business units and IT to design and implement technology solutions that meet organizational goals. This role will involve understanding business needs, translating them into technical specifications, and ensuring alignment between business objectives and IT strategies.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop architectural blueprints and artifacts to guide implementation and ensure consistency across projects.

· Solution design for cross functional programs support Quote to Cash and Finance functions.

· Collaborate with business leaders, Project Managers, Product Managers and IT teams to identify and define requirements for cross functional projects.

· Design scalable, high-quality architecture solutions that integrate multiple systems and platforms.

· Analyze existing systems and processes to identify improvement opportunities and recommend effective solutions.

· Lead the evaluation and selection of technology solutions that best fit business needs.

· Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure understanding and alignment.

· Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to provide informed recommendations.

· Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards.

· Mentor and guide development teams throughout the implementation process.

Qualification

· At minimum Bachelors degree in computer science, information technology or related field; Masters degree preferred.

· Proven experience as a solution architect or in a similar role, with a focus of cross functional projects.

· Total Experience 15+ out of which minimum 8+ experience in solution architecture or business process architecture or solution design for cross functional program like ERP implementation, Quote to Cash implementation.

· Strong understanding of software development methodologies and architectural design patterns.

· Proficiency in various technologies SaaS and homegrown (eg: Oracle, Salesforce, Servicenow), platforms, and tools relevant to system integration (eg: APIs, Cloud services, databases)

· Exposure/Experience end to end process Eg: Quote to cash, Supply Chain, Procurement to Pay, Finance)

· Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to think strategically and analytically.

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

· Experience with project management and agile methodologies is plus.
