Role description:
Client Focus
In close relationship with our MEP Engineers, participate in and drive technical due diligence efforts on behalf of investment companies, collaborating, digging deep, and creating a report for the investors to outline technical investment risks. Carry out research to identify and collect relevant data and information. Build peer relationships with client joint teams based on trust and credibility and demonstrates the ability to influence client outcomes. Support the review of zoning/planning issues as part of our clients' location studies, potentially up to the permitting phase. Manage and deliver high-level feasibility study for various kind of assets (office, logistics, data centre, labs…). Deliver, discuss, and present the outcomes to colleagues, clients and third parties. Outcome-thinking: develop tailored solutions for aligning clients’ real estate strategy with their current and future needs.Team Work
Further develop understanding of the services delivered by Arcadis and of client businesses to enable personal performance improvement and career development. Proactively look for opportunities to contribute to or take ownership of project and team activities. Work closely with the consultants, architects and engineers of the sustainability and design & engineering teams to develop joint proposals. Provide value-adding real estate advisory support to projects.Knowledge & Experience
Graduate in Architecture. At least five years’ business experience in Architecture or Real Estate, including experience in permitting in Flanders (Brussels Capital Region and or Wallonia is a plus) Previous experience in real estate development is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Dutch. French is a plus. Excellent time management skills. Advanced proficiency with desktop applications (e.g. MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)Why join Arcadis?
