Job Description
We are seeking an Architectural Associate to support the schematic design and construction document phases of various projects. You will work closely with a Project Manager to ensure the successful completion of designs and construction documents.
ResponsibilitiesSupport the schematic design phase of projects.Produce and develop construction documents.Draft designs and collaborate on design development.Utilize Revit and AutoCAD for drafting and design tasks.Create detailed wall sections, elevations, floor plans, and construction drawings.Essential SkillsProficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.Experience producing construction documents.Strong skills in schematic design and design development.Ability to draft and design with attention to detail.Additional Skills & QualificationsDegree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch).1-3 years of post-graduate experience.Experience in commercial architecture; K-12 experience preferred.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.04 - $28.85
