Role description:

Arcadis is seeking an entry level Architect to join our team in Raleigh, NC. As an architect your work will deal with designing and developing spaces that are sustainable, functional, and people centric.

The Raleigh office provides services in building architecture and engineering, transportation engineering, and interiors design. The Raleigh office works with many private and public sector clients throughout the United States, Mexico, with many of the clients being fortune 100 companies. This role sits within the Places: Architecture and Urbanism (A&U) group. Role accountabilities:

Assist with 3D visualization, prototyping, component design, design development and construction documents Work under the direct supervision of a senior staff member or a partner  Preliminary design development stage of current projects

Qualifications & Experience:

The ideal candidate is a highly skilled professional with strong graphic abilities and a keen eye for detail, capable of producing visually compelling work. They excel in balancing independence with teamwork, demonstrating the flexibility to work autonomously on tasks while also collaborating effectively within a group setting. With excellent written and oral communication skills, they can articulate ideas clearly and professionally to a variety of audiences. Their exceptional time management and organizational skills enable them to prioritize tasks efficiently, meet deadlines, and maintain a structured and methodical approach to their work, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality results.

Required:

5-year bachelor's degree in architecture or a 4-2 bachelor's degree with a master's degree in architecture Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, 3D Max, and Adobe Creative Suite would be a strong asset

Preferred:

1-year professional work experience as an architect or equivalent prior internship experience

Arcadis offers benefits for full time and part time positions. These benefits include medical, dental, and vision, EAP,  401K, STD, LTD, AD&D, life insurance, paid parental leave, reward & recognition program and optional benefits including wellbeing benefits, adoption assistance and tuition reimbursement.  We offer nine paid holidays and 15 days PTO that accrue per year. The salary range for this position is $52,000 - $78,000. Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors, such as experience, education, budget, internal equity, project and location.
