Job Title: Architectural Designer

Job Description

We seek an Architectural Designer who will work as a Job Captain or Project Captain on housing and multi-family projects, specifically buildings with 150-200 units. You will lead the production of technical drawings and specifications, coordinate related work of other disciplines, and assume construction administration duties on projects. Responsibilities include establishing accurate design parameters, identifying building systems options, assisting in presenting design documents, and performing quality reviews. You will also assist with construction administration activities, manage projects, mentor staff, and help maintain and improve office architectural standards and production tools.
