Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong design sensibility, excellent technical skills, and the ability to manage projects from conception through completion. You will collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members to bring innovative ideas to life.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Develop and present architectural designs and concepts to clients.
+ Create detailed architectural plans, elevations, and sections using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp.
+ Conduct site visits and assessments to gather project requirements and constraints.
+ Collaborate with engineers, consultants, and other professionals to ensure design feasibility and code compliance.
+ Prepare and manage project documentation, including reports, specifications, and contracts.
+ Assist in project management tasks including budget tracking, timelines, and deliverables.
+ Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and regulations to incorporate the latest innovations in projects.
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program.
+ 3+ years of professional experience in architectural design
+ Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
+ Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods.
+ Excellent communication, presentation, and teamwork skills.
+ Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $80000.00

This is a fully onsite position in Fairfield,CT.
