Job Title: Architectural DesignerJob Description We are seeking a talented Architectural Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will primarily work within the Construction Document (CD) phase and occasionally in Design Development (DD) and Schematic Design (SD) phases if capable and interested. You will produce comprehensive construction documents using Revit and AutoCAD, including plans, floor plans, reflective ceiling plans, furniture plans, boilerplates, interior elevations, partition types, door schedules, door details, and wall sections. You will collaborate with the Project Manager and other team members on projects from start to finish, and you may assist with international business codes if experienced. Initially, you will work on one project, but this will expand to managing 2-3 projects simultaneously. Responsibilities + Produce construction documents in Revit and AutoCAD. + Create plans, floor plans, reflective ceiling plans, furniture plans, boilerplates, interior elevations, partition types, door schedules, door details, and wall sections. + Collaborate with Project Manager and team members on projects from start to finish. + Assist with international business codes if experienced. + Manage 2-3 projects simultaneously after the initial project. Essential Skills + Proficiency in Revit and knowledge of AutoCAD. + Ability to produce full construction document sets independently. + 5 or more years of post-graduate experience. + Experience with healthcare or educational projects preferred; general commercial experience is transferrable. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Master's Degree or Accredited Bachelor's Degree preferred. + Licensure or on track towards licensure is a plus but not required. Work Environment You will work in an office with 13 people, with 6-8 people present at a time. The work schedule is Tuesday-Thursday in-office and Monday & Friday remote, with flexible hours from 9 am to 5 pm. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $36.06 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
