Job Description:
Will mainly work within the CD phase, some DD & SD if capable and interestedProduce construction documents in Revit and AutoCAD including plans, floor plans, reflective ceiling plans, furniture plans; boiler plate, interior elevations, partition types, door schedules, door details, wall sectionsCollaborate with Project Managers and other team members on projects from start to finish Possible assistance on international building codes if experienced in this areaQualifications:
Master's Degree or Accredited Bachelor's Degree preferred5 or more years of post-graduate experience Experience with healthcare or educational projects preferred (k-12 or higher ed.); general commercial experience is transferrable Proficiency in Revit and knowledge of AutoCAD are required Licensure or on track towards licensure is a plus, but not required Ability to produce full construction document sets independentlyPay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $36.06
