Job Title: Architectural Designer
Job Description

We are seeking a talented Architectural Designer to develop and submit shop drawings and specifications as defined in the scope of work provided by our customers. This role involves interpreting structural and architectural plans, drafting detailed floor plans, sections, elevations, and details, and coordinating panel analysis with engineering personnel. The ideal candidate will conduct quality checks on peer drawings, review and update drawings based on customer corrections, and provide preliminary material take-offs for project verification.

Our office environment is collaborative and open, with an open-door policy and personalized office spaces to create a homey feel. We have a newer office with individual offices for each person, a large break room with a full kitchen, TV, and games to help ease minds. Our work culture is strengthened through regular office get-togethers and in-house parties. The physical demands of the job include exerting up to 20 lbs. of force occasionally, 10 lbs. frequently, and negligible amounts constantly. The role involves mostly sitting, with brief periods of walking or standing. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.87
