Job Description
We are seeking a talented and creative Design Technician to join our team and help bring clients' visions to life. You will play a critical role in the design and planning process for new residential projects with the opportunity to work on all phases of design.
ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with Principals and Project Managers to understand client vision and requirements.Develop detailed architectural plans, elevations, renderings, sections, and construction documents.Utilize building codes, zoning regulations, and environmental impact assessments to inform design decisions.Coordinate with consultants and professionals to ensure timelines are met.Essential Skills0-3 years of experience in residential architecture (multi-family and multi-unit buildings preferred).Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and ArchiCad (ArchiCad is a plus).Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in ArchiCad.Experience in Construction Administration.Work Environment
Flexible work environment with 4 days in the office and 1 hybrid day, though a more flexible work schedule is supported for appointments or other needs. Initial training period requires 5 days in the office. Enjoy a fantastic office culture with mentorship and assistance in licensure, 11 days of holiday and 15 days of PTO, SEP IRA plan upon conversion, and an additional 10-20% annual bonus.
Compensation Range: $29-$31/hr

The pay range for this position is $29.00 - $31.00
