Job Title: Architectural Designer
Job Description
The Project Designer is responsible for the creation and production of technical drawings to support all aspects of our Architecture and Interior Design projects.
Responsibilities
+ Create and produce technical drawings for various architecture and interior design projects.
+ Utilize Revit software extensively for drafting and design tasks.
+ Collaborate with a team of four other drafters to ensure project goals are met.
+ Make site visits once a month initially, potentially increasing to weekly visits.
+ Support commercial projects, primarily in retail and healthcare sectors.
Essential Skills
+ Associate's, Bachelor's, or 2-year technical certification in Architecture.
+ 1-3 years of experience in architectural design and drafting.
+ Proficiency in Revit software.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with Revit.
+ Knowledge of interior design principles.
Work Environment
Office in Lancaster and York, PA. The work environment is an office setting with a small team of 16 people, fostering a family atmosphere. The company operates with half-days on Fridays. All work is conducted in-person with no remote work options. There will be site visits required, starting once a month and potentially increasing to every week. The company offers 100% paid health benefits, vision and dental coverage, and an IRA match once permanent.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $23.00
