Job Title: Architectural Designer

Qualifications

This is an in-office position at our Beverly, MA location.A professional degree from a U.S. accredited architecture program or equivalent.0-6 years of professional architecture experience with a focus on commercial/multifamily projects.Proficiency in Revit, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft Office are required.Collaborative, team mentality.Detail oriented with excellent time management skills and the experience to be efficiently productive.

Responsibilities

Ensure project standards, professionalism, and creativity are conducted.Independently perform a variety of assignments requiring skills in all conventional aspects of architectural designs for projects of moderate size and complexity or as part of a larger team on larger projects.Performs analyses of design, planning and occupancy studies and limited design layouts.Prepare schematic drawings, drawing sets, presentations, submittals.Follow project through DD/CD phaseRegular site visits depending on project

The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $110000.00
