Job Title: Architectural Designer
Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating, selecting, and applying architectural techniques, procedures, and modifications to architectural construction documents. You will work closely with Project Architects and Project Managers, and may interact directly with owners and clients to recommend procedures. This role requires a strong commitment to quality, a collaborative approach, and a willingness to grow professionally.

ResponsibilitiesEvaluate, select, and apply architectural techniques, procedures, and modifications to architectural construction documents.Perform architectural assignments with general instructions from the Project Architect or Project Manager regarding expected results.Work directly with owners/clients to select and recommend procedures.Write specifications covering architectural matters and perform code reviews.Assist Project Architects, other Architectural Project Coordinators, or Technicians as needed.Take responsibility for work in all phases of the architectural process.Perform other duties as needed.Essential SkillsBachelor's degree in Architecture.Credentials to obtain future registration.Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project).Strong leadership, communication, and relationship management skills.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficient in the use of Autodesk Revit and familiarity with related tools and processes.3-10 years of experience in architecture.Additional Skills & QualificationsProfessional degree in Architecture.Experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, construction documents, and construction administration.Experience in Mission Critical/Data Center projects.Desire to pursue growth opportunities and eventually obtain registration.Demonstrated graphic presentation skills.Work Environment

This position offers a hybrid work environment, providing a combination of in-office and remote work. Our collaborative, employee-owned culture values active participation and a positive attitude. The role involves using various architectural tools and technologies, including Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $43.00
