Job Title: Architectural DesignerJob Description Ensure project standards, professionalism, and creativity are maintained for all work. Independently perform a variety of assignments requiring skills in all conventional aspects of architectural designs for projects of moderate size and complexity or as part of a larger team on larger projects. Conduct analyses of design, planning, and occupancy studies, and create limited design layouts. Prepare schematic drawings, drawing sets, presentations, submittals, meeting minutes, and RFI responses with oversight. Measure existing conditions of buildings and follow projects through the DD/CD phase. Collaborate with Project Managers through the CA phase. Essential Skills + Proficient in Revit. + Proficient in Adobe Photoshop. + Proficient in Microsoft Office. + 0-6 years of experience in architectural design. + Professional Architectural degree from the US. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Collaborative and team-oriented mentality. + Open to listening to others. + Detail-oriented and creative mindset. Work Environment Onsite 5 days a week, encouraging in-person interactions and building a strong office culture.
