Job Title: Architectural DesignerJob Description Ensure project standards, professionalism, and creativity are conducted for all work. Independently perform a variety of assignments requiring skills in all conventional aspects of architectural designs for projects of moderate size and complexity or as part of a larger team on larger projects. Perform analyses of design, planning and occupancy studies and limited design layouts. Prepare (with oversight) schematic drawings, drawing sets, presentations, submittals, meeting minutes, and RFI responses. Measure existing conditions of buildings. Follow project through DD/CD phase. Work with Project Managers through CA phase. Essential Skills + Proficient in Revit, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft Office. + Professional Architectural degree from a US institution. + 0-6 years of experience in architectural design. Work Environment The role is onsite for 5 days a week, encouraging in-person interactions and building a strong office culture.
