Job Title: Architectural Designer
Job Description

We are seeking a talented architectural designer with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic and collaborative studio environment. This position involves working on healthcare projects and requires a highly motivated individual with strong technical and design capabilities. Proficiency in Revit is essential, and training opportunities are available from our experienced senior staff.

ResponsibilitiesCompile data and perform design computations in collaboration with the project team.Work with senior designers and project teams on conceptual designs, presentations, design development, and production to deliver projects on time and within budget.Apply creative design concepts to projects and expand on concepts developed by others.Participate in project proposals to develop design solutions.Understand industry-standard construction techniques, building regulations, and engineering principles to apply to project plans.Support design efforts and client presentations to develop client relationships.Develop, modify, and/or review drawings to incorporate the design intent.Produce graphic presentations, 3D renderings, and implementation documents.Collaborate on the development of design throughout appropriate phases of the project.Essential SkillsProficiency in RevitExperience in all phases of design3-5 years of commercial experienceExperience in construction administrationExperience in construction drawingsExperience in design developmentExperience in commercial constructionExperience in healthcare designExperience in construction documentationAdditional Skills & QualificationsBachelor of Science in Architecture preferredPursuing licensureUS CitizenBasic understanding of codes and ADAClient-facing personalityWork Environment

The work environment includes a hybrid schedule of 3 days in the office and 2 days remote. The firm is an international company with offices in multiple states and a portfolio spanning multiple disciplines. The Richmond office has three main studios: Healthcare, Mission Critical, and Sports, and also works on K-12, Hospitality, and Life Science projects. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.84 - $36.00/hr.
