Architectural Designer

Job Description:

We are seeking an Architectural Designer for Revit production support. This person should have a good understanding of how a set of drawings is put together, be proficient in Revit, and have commercial building experience. Adobe and InDesign experience is preferred. Candidates should also have a desire to work in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to work on multiple projects at a time. In this role, you will get to wear a lot of hats and get exposure to all aspects of architecture. This person will be involved in the SD-CA phases and participate in meetings, as builts, etc. About 2/3 of their time will be spent in office and about 1/3 outside of the office. We would ideally like candidates with 1-3 years of experience but could be open to recent graduates or up to 4 years of experience. Candidates straight out should at least have intern experience.

Qualifications:

Bachelor or Master's Degree in Architecture0-4 years of professional experience - at a minimum have experience working an internshipProficient in RevitCommercial projectsAbode and InDesign experience preferred

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $75000.00/yr.

Pay - they follow the AIA board

- Hybrid - require 3 (8 hour) days in office a week. Can pick which days but most people are willingly in 4 days a week or on a Tues-Thurs schedule
- Offer 1 week - work from anywhere (can do a full week remote from any location)
- Get to wear a lot of hats and exposure to all aspects of architecture
