Job Title: Architectural Designer
Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Designer to lead project management for multiple wood frame multi-family projects, as well as a 5-story concrete frame and high-rise. The role involves designing and assembling construction documents, client communications, bid and budget reviews, site visits, design approvals, permitting, and punch listing.

ResponsibilitiesLead project management for wood frame multi-family projects and a 5-story concrete frame high-rise.Design and create construction documents.Communicate with clients and review bids and budgets.Conduct site visits and manage design approvals and permitting.Handle punch listing and ensure project completion.Essential SkillsAt least 6 years of experience in architectural design.A minimum of 2 years of experience with Revit, and open to AutoCAD.Experience working on commercial architecture projects.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with wood frame multi-family projects is preferred.Open to candidates with experience in high-rise and concrete frame projects.Work Environment

The office is located in Uptown next to the Knights Stadium, featuring a beautiful space within walking distance to numerous restaurants. The office, which is about to undergo full renovation, houses 30 employees. The firm operates on a hybrid schedule and 95% of their business involves multi-family projects, predominantly wood-frame.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
