Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in architectural design, with a strong focus on multifamily residential projects. Proficiency in REVIT is essential, and experience with NYCHA (New York City Housing Authority) projects is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and design architectural plans for multifamily residential projects.Utilize REVIT software to create detailed and accurate architectural drawings.Collaborate with project teams, including engineers, contractors, and clients, to ensure project success.Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and building codes.Prepare and present design proposals and reports to clients and stakeholders.Stay updated with industry trends, building codes, and regulations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.2-5 years of professional experience in architectural design, specifically in multifamily residential projects.Proficiency in REVIT software.Experience with NYCHA projects is a plus.Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction processes.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $100000.00/hr.
