Architectural Designer (Technical)

A full-service Architecture and Interior Design firm located in Chicago is looking for an Architectural Designer to assist them on projects through early next year. This role is slated as temporary for six months with potential to go longer.

Job Description:

Will be reporting to the Project Manager and Project Architect on the projectsResponsible for picking up redlines and producing project document sets on a variety of projects Collaborating with internal project teams to ensure document sets meet client expectations Working on projects from pre-design phase through construction document phase May sit in with project teams on client meetings

Qualifications:

Bachelors in Architecture, or equivalent is required Must be US accredited degree5 or more years of post-graduate, stateside experience at a traditional architecture firmThis does not include internship experiencePrevious healthcare project experience is preferred; multi-family or office project experience is transferrable Must be able to produce full project document sets in Revit with little to no supervisionProficiency in Bluebeam, Sketchup and Enscape are a plusLicensure is a plus, but not requiredAbout Actalent
