Job Description We are seeking an Architectural Drafter/Designer to join our dynamic Architectural department. You will be responsible for performing drafting and modeling work on retail and commercial projects. This role requires at least 2 years of experience in architecture and proficiency in AutoCAD. Responsibilities + Perform drafting and modeling work on retail and commercial projects. + Create and edit construction documents (CDs). + Ensure attention to detail in all drafting and design work. + Maintain productivity in a fast-paced environment. Essential Skills + At least 2 years of experience in architecture. + Proficient in AutoCAD. + Experience creating and editing construction documents (CDs). + Strong attention to detail. + Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience in inline construction and remodeling projects. + Architectural knowledge of walls. + Experience with restaurant projects is a plus. + Proficiency in Revit is a plus. + Knowledge of Bricks CAD, Photoshop, and SketchUp is a plus.
