This role involves working on a variety of commercial projects and requires experience in detailing and construction document (CD) sets. Responsibilities + Utilize Revit or AutoCAD for architectural design and documentation. + Develop detailed construction documents and CD sets. + Participate in design development and construction administration. + Collaborate on diverse projects in sectors such as higher education, industrial, K-12, and commercial. + Ensure the quality and accuracy of produced documents. Essential Skills + Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD. + 5-7+ years of experience in the architecture field. + Experience in commercial project detailing and CD sets. + Strong understanding of architectural design and production. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Bachelor's Degree in Architecture. Work Environment The position requires working in the office 5 days a week at a 27-person firm. The firm operates as a generalist, engaging in a variety of projects except residential, including commercial, industrial, higher education, K-12, and retail sectors. The work schedule offers flexibility with start times between 7:30-9:30am and concludes at 2pm on Fridays after completing 40 hours for the week.
