Job Description

We are seeking an Architectural Job Captain with a strong proficiency in Revit or AutoCAD, and 5-7+ years of experience in the architecture field. This role involves working on a variety of commercial projects and requires experience in detailing and construction document (CD) sets.

ResponsibilitiesUtilize Revit or AutoCAD for architectural design and documentation.Develop detailed construction documents and CD sets.Participate in design development and construction administration.Collaborate on diverse projects in sectors such as higher education, industrial, K-12, and commercial.Ensure the quality and accuracy of produced documents.Essential SkillsProficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.5-7+ years of experience in the architecture field.Experience in commercial project detailing and CD sets.Strong understanding of architectural design and production.Additional Skills & QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Architecture.Work Environment

The position requires working in the office 5 days a week at a 27-person firm. The firm operates as a generalist, engaging in a variety of projects except residential, including commercial, industrial, higher education, K-12, and retail sectors. The work schedule offers flexibility with start times between 7:30-9:30am and concludes at 2pm on Fridays after completing 40 hours for the week.
