Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Architectural Job Captain with proficiency in Revit and over 10 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have experience with client presentations and meetings. While a background in healthcare or life sciences is preferred, a strong interest in these fields is essential. Proficiency in AutoCAD is a plus. The role involves working on projects from schematic design to construction documents and administration, emphasizing client interaction and collaboration with a passionate team of designers and architects.

ResponsibilitiesUtilize Revit to prepare and review architectural drawings.Participate in client presentations and meetings to discuss project progress and requirements.Collaborate with the team on schematic design through to construction documents and administration.Ensure all project documentation is accurate and complete.Maintain effective communication with clients, consultants, and team members.Provide drafting support using AutoCAD and Adobe software.Engage in construction administration tasks, ensuring project specifications and standards are met.Essential SkillsProficiency in RevitOver 10 years of architectural experienceExperience with client presentations and meetingsInterest in healthcare or life sciences projectsAdditional Skills & QualificationsProficiency in AutoCADExperience with Adobe softwareBachelor's Degree in ArchitecturePursuing licensure is a plusWork Environment

The position is based in our main office located in Providence, Rhode Island, with possible assignments in our satellite offices in Boston and Connecticut. The Providence office offers views of the city's skyline and the opportunity to work alongside a dedicated team of designers and architects. The Boston office is conveniently located in the heart of the city, adjacent to South Station, with panoramic city views from the 29th floor. Initially, work will be in the office full-time until fully trained, after which a more flexible schedule may be possible.
