Job Title: Architectural Job CaptainJob Description
We are seeking an experienced Architectural Job Captain who is proficient with Revit or AutoCAD and has 5-7+ years of experience in the architecture field. The ideal candidate will have experience with commercial projects and be skilled in detailing and creating construction document sets.
Responsibilities
+ Create and manage construction document sets
+ Detail architectural designs and ensure they meet project specifications
+ Participate in design development and production phases
+ Assist with construction administration tasks
+ Work closely with principals and other team members on various projects
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD
+ 5-7+ years of experience in architecture
+ Experience with commercial projects
+ Strong skills in detailing and construction document sets
+ Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in higher education, industrial, K12, and retail sectors
+ Ability to work in all phases of design
Work Environment
This is an in-office position, requiring attendance 5 days a week. You will be part of a 27-person firm that values flexibility, with start times between 7:30-9:30am and early wrap-up at 2pm on Fridays after completing 40 hours for the week. The firm operates as a generalist, working on a variety of project types including commercial, industrial, higher education, K12, and retail, providing opportunities to work closely with principals and participate in all phases of design.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $31.00 - $50.00/hr.
