Job Overview:
The Architectural Modifications (ARC) Specialist facilitates the architectural review process full-cycle, from applicant questions through board/committee decisions. The specialist serves as a liaison between residents, community managers, board/committee members, and fellow team members. Attention to detail, proper utilization of our systems, and great customer service is essential to this role.

Your Responsibilities:
Processing of architectural modification applications: Correspondence with residents, applicants, community managers, internal teams, and board/committee members Scanning and uploading of applications to internal systems Processing deposits/chargebacks through Accounts Receivable processes Ensuring submitted applications are complete Providing submitted applications to boards/committees Facilitating collection of additional information requested by boards/committees Relaying board/committee decisions to applicants Maintaining accurate application and correspondence status and details in internal systems. Monitoring community-required timelines for application decisions, following up with boards/committees and managers as needed. Processing of ARC mail (USPS mail, faxes, email). Scanning and uploading of ARC files to internal systems. Professionally responding to ARC-related homeowner inquiries as needed. Professionally responding to board/committee inquiries as needed. Interact and establish professional relationships with Community Association Managers, Regional Operations team members, and other colleagues. Collaborate with internal team to ensure highest level of service is provided. Follow established policy and procedures. Additional assignments and duties as may be assigned from time to time by supervisor.Skills & Qualifications:
Associate’s degree in business or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Critical thinking, problem solving, judgement and decision-making abilities are necessary.
Proficiency in computer programs like Microsoft Office, Outlook and Windows required. Ability to work with sensitive and/or confidential information.

Compensation:
