Job Title: Architectural Project Manager
Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Architectural Project Manager to join a leading architecture firm with offices in Phoenix, AZ, and Dublin, OH. This is a direct hire position, and you will start as a full-time employee from Day 1. The firm focuses on various project types, including Aviation, Higher Education, Healthcare, and Community projects across the United States. As a Project Manager, you will engage in both project management and architectural design responsibilities, playing a crucial role as a seller-doer.

ResponsibilitiesUpdate clients on project progress and address any changes to the project's scope.Interact with consultants and manage project scheduling and budgeting.Lead a team of less tenured designers in project production and perform construction administration.Follow through all design phases from conceptual design to construction administration.Utilize Revit to produce complete sets of construction documents and perform Quality Control checks on drawings.Essential SkillsProficiency in Revit and the ability to design 3D models within Revit.Extensive experience in architecture project management, including conceptual design, schematic design, design development, construction documents, and construction administration.Strong understanding of large commercial building projects such as higher education, schools, healthcare, aviation, and government facilities.Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager.A 4-year degree in Architecture.Additional Skills & QualificationsArchitecture registration is preferred.Stable job history with no multiple short-tenure positions.Work Environment

The work schedule is Monday to Thursday from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, and Friday from 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM. This is an on-site position with no remote work. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects across the entire United States.
