Architectural Project Manager
Architectural Project Manager - Industrial Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Architect and Project Manager to join our Architectural Design team. In this role, you will leverage your talent and experience to bring unique solutions to projects for our diverse client base. A successful candidate must be capable of managing projects from start to finish, have a working knowledge of Autodesk Revit software, and experience with client management. You will be responsible for assembling, updating, and maintaining Revit models, creating contract documents, and providing construction administration until project completion. Responsibilities + Manage projects from inception to completion. + Assemble, update, and maintain Revit models. + Create and manage contract documents. + Provide construction administration until project completion. + Communicate effectively with clients and managers. + Ensure projects meet client specifications and are delivered on time and within budget. Essential Skills + Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture. + Architecture license preferred. + 10 years of industry experience with at least 5 years in project management. + Proficient with Autodesk Revit, Bluebeam Revu, and Microsoft Office. + Working knowledge of Enscape and Lumion preferred. + Strong understanding of building codes and permitting processes. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Strong leadership, organizational, and relationship management skills. + Experience with computer modeling and document production in a commercial design firm. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with LEED and sustainable design practices is a plus. + Ability to prepare and deliver presentations. + Excellent attention to detail. + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail. Work Environment This position is based in Knoxville, TN, and requires in-office attendance. Relocation options are available, but remote work is not an option. The company is understanding of flexibility needs, such as doctor's appointments. Benefits include up to 4 weeks of PTO depending on experience level, 7 paid holidays, a yearly bonus based on market rate, a car stipend ranging from $500 to $1000, a $100 phone stipend, and full car care including gas card, oil changes, and tire maintenance and replacement. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $49.00 - $61.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
