Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager with a strong proficiency in Revit to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in the architecture field, encompassing all phases of design. This role requires expertise in putting together a complete set of construction documents (CDs) and experience in commercial interiors is a plus.
ResponsibilitiesManage all phases of design projects from inception to completion.Produce detailed construction documents using Revit.Interact with clients to understand their needs and deliver exceptional service.Mentor junior staff and provide guidance throughout projects.Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Essential SkillsProficiency in Revit8+ years of experience in the architecture fieldExperience in all phases of designAbility to produce comprehensive construction documentsExperience in client interactionExperience mentoring junior staffBachelor's Degree in Architecture or a related fieldAdditional Skills & QualificationsExperience with commercial interiorsFamiliarity with SketchUp and rendering softwareExperience as a Project Architect or Job CaptainWork Environment
You will work in a collaborative and dynamic environment where attention to detail and a commitment to quality are essential. This role involves regular client interaction and requires mentoring junior staff. The use of advanced design software, such as Revit and SketchUp, is integral to the role.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.87 - $48.07
