Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager to join a prominent Architecture firm with offices in Phoenix, AZ, and Dublin, OH. This is a Direct Hire position where you will start as an employee on Day 1. The firm focuses on Aviation, Higher Education, Healthcare, and Community projects across the United States. As a Project Manager, you will fulfill both project management and architectural design responsibilities in a seller-doer role.
ResponsibilitiesUpdate clients on the progress of projects.Address changes to the overall scope of projects.Interact with consultants and schedule project timelines.Manage project budgets.Lead a team of less tenured designers for production.Perform construction administration.Follow through with all phases of design from conceptual design to construction administration.Utilize Revit to produce complete sets of construction documents.Perform Quality Control checks on drawings.Essential SkillsProficiency in Revit for architectural design and 3D modeling.Experience in project management and construction administration.Strong understanding of conceptual design, schematic design, and design development.Ability to produce construction documents.Additional Skills & QualificationsA minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager.A 4-year degree in Architecture.Project experience with large commercial buildings such as higher education, schools, healthcare, aviation, and government facilities.Architecture registration is preferred.Stable job history with no multiple short-tenure positions.Work Environment
The work schedule is Monday - Thursday, 7:30 am - 5:30 pm, and Friday from 7:30 am - 11:30 am. This is an on-site position with no remote work. The role involves working on a variety of projects across the entire United States.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $100000.00
