Job Description
The ideal candidate will be accustomed to working in a team-oriented environment. Basic job responsibilities include coordinating all technical aspects of the project, attending project meetings involving design and construction, preparing design and contract documents, assisting the construction administration team during the construction phase, and coordinating technical issues with project consultants.

The firm has experienced continuous growth over its history and is recognized for its design work in the education, health care, municipal, and commercial sectors. The firm operates with horizontal leadership, where approximately five principals oversee the team. They work on public schools and are architects of record for many K-12 districts in NJ. The work environment is family-oriented, and everyone from drafters to project managers is involved in production, drafting, designing, and technical detailing of buildings.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $95000.00 - $120000.00
Candidates would receive the standard firm PTO (17 days) and 10 holidays and would receive the firm's standard medical benefits

This is a fully onsite position in Mountain Lakes,NJ.
