Description

Coordinates all project efforts to ensure effective execution, prepares strategic plans. Manages and responsible for multiple small/medium projects and/or larger complex projects. Assists with project specifications by providing relevant and required product, equipment information and compiling and analyzing data. Serves as the primary client liaison to bring the schedule, budgets, and scope of work to completion and to the client’s satisfaction. Actively manages internal budgets, schedules, and programs; project communications and documentation; office administrative tasks; and project team assignments. Represents the firm with targeted clients, consultants, contractors and with the public.Projects are very diverse, including: Mixed-use, Retail, multi-family, commercial, office space, interiors, higher education, K-12, community centers, and more. More than likely this PM will manage 2 large Public School projects in SE Michigan.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors in Architecture8 plus years of experience3 plus years in Project Management

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $53.00
