Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager to oversee and coordinate project teams working on multiple architectural projects. This role involves participation in the design process, preparing reports and presentations for client meetings, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local codes. The projects are a variety of commercial projects depending on workload.
ResponsibilitiesOversite of the project teamWork on multiple projectsParticipation in the design processPrepare reports and presentations for client meetingsDevelopment of schematic design, design development, and construction documentsReview architectural drawings for federal, state, and local code complianceCoordination of the project team’s workMonitor the progress of all construction phasesManage correspondence with clients, vendors, consultants, etc.Responsible for project schedule and budgetBuild and maintain client relationsAssist with construction administrationEssential Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in architecture ore equivalent5+ years of architectural drafting experienceStrong knowledge of AutoCAD and/or Revit
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $38.46 - $43.27
