Job Title: Architectural Project ManagerJob Description
We are seeking an experienced Retail Project Manager to lead our project delivery team in Consumer Experiences with a large architecture client in Seattle. This role involves partnering with high-profile celebrity retail brands to ensure team engagement in the development of project design and delivery.
Responsibilities
+ Manage overall project development with limited support and oversight.
+ Oversee project delivery team against budget and schedule with minimal supervision.
+ Support others in managing project budgets and schedules as needed.
+ Engage in mentoring and apprenticeship opportunities to encourage a learning culture.
+ Participate in the negotiation of additional services as required.
+ Manage contract fee, scope, and schedule with minimal support and oversight.
+ Review and issue invoices while tracking progress in collections.
+ Communicate with clients in pursuit of collections as required.
+ Perform Construction Administration per the requirements of AIA A201.
+ Participate in construction costing, scheduling, and phasing.
+ Handle Quality Control of project documents with internal team review.
+ Lead client communication at the project level as required.
+ Develop communication proficiency with the leadership team, clients, and project teams.
+ Ensure projects begin with a project plan and budget work plan in place.
+ Ensure team engagement in the development of project design and delivery.
+ Maintain consistent rigor around client and team communications.
+ Achieve budgetary goals.
+ Focus on team ownership of projects and team dynamics.
+ Advance project management expertise within the studio.
+ Ensure no project management-related claims are made.
Essential Skills

+ Experience with Revit
+ 10+ years' experience in architecture, interior design, or a related field
+ 2+ years' experience managing a project team specializing in retail and/or food & beverage
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or equivalent
Work Environment
Hybrid work environment with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote. Up to 25% travel to other sites with a company car provided for onsite traveling. Work with global brands and benefit from company growth through a merger with Colliers Engineering and Design.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $125000.00 - $130000.00
Generous PTO: 5 weeks of paid time off plus holidays.Health Coverage: Comprehensive health coverage, transitioning from Aetna to BCBS.
