Toll Architecture, a national full-service Toll Brothers company seeks an Architectural Project Manager to coordinate the design development, construction documents and permitting phases of projects in our divisions. This position is based in our office located in Grapevine, Texas.
What is the opportunity?
Unlicensed architectural professional that is responsible for managing the architectural production needs for multiple divisions. This includes coordinating the design development, construction documents and permitting phases of the projects, as well as collaborating with Architectural Business Partners to forecast and plan for future needs.
What are the primary responsibilities?
Quality AssuranceAbility to interpret and apply construction codes to safeguard the health, safety, and welfare of the publicAssist in creation and governance of standards and proceduresEncourage and reinforce quality controls through appropriate document checking and employee trainingProject CoordinationAbility to coordinate and motivate Project Leads who are responsible for meeting project success criteriaProjects include new design models, lot specifics, and revisionsAbility to provide consistency for all projects within the assigned division(s)Adhere to and enforce established standards and proceduresAbility to exercise independent judgmentManagement of outside consultant and ensuring adherence to agreed-upon deadlinesPeople ManagementProvide mentorship for staffAssist in staff hiring and discliplinary decisionsInform perfomance evaluations as neededCollaborationRegular collaboration with the Architectural Business Partner(s) within the assigned divisionsAssist other stacks on special projects including code updates, construction detail revisions, design reviews, technology projects and innovation initiativesAll other duties as assigned
