Job Title: Architectural Project Manager
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager to oversee the management and coordination of various architectural projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong experience in project management and architectural drafting, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
Responsibilities
+ Oversight of the project team
+ Work on multiple projects simultaneously
+ Participate in the design process
+ Prepare reports and presentations for client meetings
+ Develop schematic design, design development, and construction documents
+ Review architectural drawings for federal, state, and local code compliance
+ Coordinate the project team’s work
+ Monitor the progress of all construction phases
+ Manage correspondence with clients, vendors, consultants, and other stakeholders
+ Responsible for project schedule and budget
+ Build and maintain client relations
+ Assist with construction administration
Essential Skills
+ Excellent problem-solving skills
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and/or Revit
+ 5+ years of architectural drafting experience
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree in architecture
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $38.46 - $43.27/hr.
