Job Title: Architectural Project Manager
Job Description

Seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager to lead federal and military projects. This role involves managing project teams for medium to large federal, DOD, and civic projects, directing design professionals, and coordinating design processes and technical documents. You will participate in design discussions and client meetings, ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

ResponsibilitiesManage project teams for medium to large federal, DOD, and civic projects.Direct design professionals and coordinate design processes and technical documents.Participate in design discussions and client meetings.Ensure compliance with building codes and ADA requirements.Oversee procurement and project management processes.Essential Skills10-15+ years of architectural experience.Accredited degree in architecture or structural/civil engineering.Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, SpecLink, and Microsoft Office.Strong understanding of building codes and ADA requirements.Experience with federal and military projects.Additional Skills & QualificationsAbility to sell into the system.PMP certification support available.Experience in civil engineering, federal government, military, architectural design, and procurement management.Work Environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $130000.00/yr.
