Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Architectural Project Manager to join our fast-paced and dynamic team. You will be responsible for verifying production retail projects, assigning tasks to team members, and managing both the team and projects from conception through to the construction phase. You will also assist with budgeting, proposals, and quality assurance checks to ensure project accuracy.
ResponsibilitiesVerify production retail projects and assign tasks to specified team members.Manage team and project management responsibilities.Perform architectural production work using AutoCAD.Work on commercial tenant improvement (TI) and retail-specific projects, including franchise work (retail chains, restaurants).Handle multiple projects in a very fast-paced environment.Assist with budgeting and proposals that will be presented to clients.Ensure accuracy in quality assurance and quality checks (QA/QC).Conceptualize drawings via AutoCAD according to requirements and specifications.Oversee projects from assignment to the construction phase.Communicate effectively with clients and walk them through project details.Balance designing and ensuring that the entire team's tasks are completed on time.Oversee teams of at least 5 people, including Junior Coordinators (JCs) and Project Specialists.Assist with production work to meet current workload demands.Essential SkillsProficiency in AutoCAD.Experience in team management and project management.Knowledge of retail design and commercial architecture.Ability to create full sets of construction documents (CDs) in AutoCAD.Experience with redlining and markups to provide tasks to the team for fixes.Quality assurance and quality check (QA/QC) experience.At least 2 years of experience in a Project Management role.7 years of experience working in an architecture firm using AutoCAD.At least 5 years of experience in retail and/or tenant improvement projects.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in tenant improvement and retail projects.Licensing and client communication skills.Client relationship management.Support for professional development and licensing.Work Environment

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $40.87 - $45.67/hr.
