Job Title: Architectural Project Manager - Healthcare
Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Architect and Project Manager to join our Architectural Design team. In this role, you will leverage your talent and experience to bring unique solutions to projects for our diverse client base. The successful candidate will manage projects from start to finish, utilizing their working knowledge of Autodesk Revit software and experience with client management. Responsibilities include assembling, updating, and maintaining Revit models, creating contract documents, and providing construction administration until project completion.

ResponsibilitiesManage healthcare projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.Utilize Autodesk Revit software for project modeling and document production.Create and maintain Revit models and contract documents.Provide construction administration until project completion.Manage client relationships and communications effectively.Prepare and deliver project presentations.Ensure compliance with building codes and permitting processes.Essential SkillsBachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture.Architecture license preferred.10 years of industry experience.5 years of experience with project management, computer modeling, and document production in a commercial design firm.Proficient with Autodesk Revit, Bluebeam Revu, and Microsoft Office.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Strong leadership, organizational, and relationship management skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsWorking knowledge of Enscape and Lumion preferred.Experience with LEED and sustainable design practices is a plus.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment with excellent attention to detail.Work Environment

This position is based in Knoxville, TN. It requires working in-office, and although relocation is supported, remote work is not an option. The company offers flexibility for personal needs. Benefits include up to 4 weeks of PTO based on experience, 7 paid holidays, yearly bonuses, a car stipend ranging from $500 to $1000, a phone stipend of $100, and full car care (gas card, oil changes, tire maintenance, and replacement).

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $49.00 - $61.00
