Implements and Maintains compliance for properties according to the Covenance and Restrictions of the Home Owner Association(s). Assist in the ARB process for Home Owners Associations.

Responsibilities and Duties:

\n\nAccepts and processes ARC/ARB applications for HOA associations and communicates findings.\nProvides information by answering homeowner questions relating to ARC/ARB and Compliance and escalates questions that require attention from management.\nInspects properties daily for compliance\nMaintains and updates photos and files in Software as well as hard copies.\nCoordinates with Manager on scheduling of meetings.\nRepresents the company and communities by maintaining a professional and positive appearance and demeanor while working.\nContributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed and communicating and coordinating with staff members.\n\n Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

\n\nReporting skills\nAdministrative writing skills\nExcellent Communitcation Skills\nProficient in Microsoft Office Suite\nMust be able to work independently\nExcellent Organizational Skills/Detail oriented\nMust have a very reliable form of transportation. Over fifty percent of this position includes travel within this area\nMust have a valid SC driver’s license\nMust pass a background check\nMust pass drug test\nConstruction Admin experience a plus\nExperience in ARB/ARC a plus\n\n

Must be able to sit, stand, walk, kneel, reach with hands and arms, stoop, crawl, talk, hear, push, pull, grasp, use hands and fingers, climb, have clear vision and lift up to 25 pounds.
