Responsible for leading, motivating, and coaching their crews on roofing jobs. Restore, Removal, Repair, and Replacement of various commercial roofing systems (including architectural sheet-metal).Maintain professional interaction with all customers and crew members.Organize, plan, and achieve all goals based on the scope of the work.Requirements5+ years of Architectural sheet metal roofing experience. 3+ years of leading a commercial roofing crew.Extensive knowledge of low sloped roofing systems. Must possess basic computer skills.Willing to work in at varying heights and weather conditions. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.Ability to travel when necessary.Ability to work weekends and holidays when necessary.Ability to life 50-100 pounds throughout the day and set up a ladder safely up to 40 feet.21 years of age or older (In order to drive a company vehicle).Authorized to work in the United States
