At Jaque Bethke Design, we create luxury spaces that inspire, and we’re looking for a Archviz Artist to join our team.

 

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating photo-realistic 3D renderings of architectural structures. If you have a passion for translating architectural designs into captivating, visually accurate renderings, we want to talk to you!

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

Conceptualize, plan, and produce appealing 3D visualizations of commercial, and residential environments. Achieve photo-realistic, magazine-quality renderings using industry-leading software and rendering engines. Create additional 3D assets such as furniture, props, and environmental elements. Maintain and manage a comprehensive library of 3D assets for future projects. Provide expert design insights and recommendations to enhance project outcomes. Research and develop new techniques and tools to improve visualization workflows.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience working in the luxury design world. Strong experience in 3D modeling and rendering, with a focus on architectural visualization. Expertise in lighting, perspective, composition, and texturing to create realistic, visually appealing images. Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and designs. Strong knowledge of software such as Revit, Lumion, or similar. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) for post-production. Familiarity with animation rigs and an understanding of cameras and lighting for scene composition. Basic understanding of architecture, engineering, and industry processes. Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
