Independent communication with business partners to resolve design issues and negotiate project related items such as priorities and completion deadlines.

This role includes, but are not limited to analysis, design, coding, engineering, testing, debugging, standards, methods, tools analysis, documentation, research and development, maintenance, new development, operations, and delivery.

Primary Responsibilities:

Enhance existing products as well as create new offerings utilising the latest technology. (React, Next.JS) Build and lead a High Performing Engg. team to deliver projects that meet business objectives and solve critical user problems Collaborate closely with key leaders to develop strategic projects, plans and processes, streamline decision-making, and develop and manage an engineering team Act as a technical leader in internal teams including managing code reviews, post project analysis and clearly articulating throughout the duration of projects what is important to the project’s success and focuses on the critical few and priorities to improve Provide leadership for execution, create opportunities around AI/ML , Leverage, and adopting  Gen AI as a part of  world class technology, product development and application engineering team delivering a world class enterprise solutions portfolio and offering enabling services Key Metrices like TTV, TTB, Automation, Performance of the APIs Gather and analyse metrics from both operating systems and applications to assist in performance tuning and fault finding Partner with  Arch, Federated development teams to improve services through rigorous testing and release procedures Participate in system design consulting, platform management, and capacity planning Create scalable sustainable systems and services through automation and uplifts Balance feature development speed and reliability with well-defined service level objectives Optimize the performance for the application (Front end and backend both) Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience Working experience in CI/CD pipeline (test, build, deployment and monitoring automation) React, Next.js, Java, J2EE, NestJS, Spring Boot Framework, Spring MVC, Micro frontends. Microservices, GraphQL, REST API Experience, Sound knowledge of Postgres, SQL.UI - Angular 8+  Experience on developing solutions with special focus on Security, Performance & Resiliency  Worked in microservices environment with good attitude and the passion and persistence to solve complex problems Experience/knowledge in DevOps:
Azure Cloud knowledge/Open Shift (OSE/OCP) Knowledge of software configuration management and packaging Open Source: Demonstrate hands-on knowledge of Opensource adoption and use cases Knowledge of containerization and docker platforms like Kubernetes and CI/CD using Jenkins, Gitlab etc.  Understand and communicate new product and solution requirements back to the solution development and management team Understanding of some core development tools like Maven, Sonar, Fortify, Jfrog Xray Proven excellence in technical communication with peers and non-technical colleagues. Collaborate with stakeholders, business, Partner Solution Architects, and Technical Architects to ensure that the Solution is accurate to deliver outcomes to the client and reliable from a technology perspective Proven to lead others toward technical accomplishment, collaborative project team efforts and achievement of important project goals

Preferred Qualifications:

Cloud: Working Experience or good knowledge of cloud platform (e.g. OpenShift,  Azure, preferably Azure Cloud) Experience/knowledge inNABU/Camunda, Snowflake, EventHub Exposure to AI/ML Knowledge of US Healthcare domain Knowledge on best practices and Industry standards coding and reviews Proven excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills Proven ability to work collaboratively in a global & federated team with a positive team spirit
