This position will support the implementation and the continued evolution of Organization’s Data and Analytics Strategy. The Data Solution Architect will provide thought leadership, contribute to, and facilitate the development, maintenance, and execution of solution architecture and roadmap.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement highly scalable and reliable data architectures, including data ingestion, processing, storage, and analytics.Provide technical and architecture leadership to the data, analytics and business intelligence groups being cognizant of the future direction of systems and how that direction will impact the data and analytics platforms.Develop and implement the integration architecture to enable seamless integration of data across various systems and applications.Conduct architecture reviews to ensure the platform meets the desired requirements and is aligned with the overall business architecture.Ensure the platform is designed to support the use of advanced analytics techniques, such as machine learning and artificial intelligence.Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Define data architecture standards, policies, and procedures for managing data.Demonstrated understanding of data management best practices and pattern.Develop the architecture to support data collection, storage, processing, and delivery across a variety of data sources.Collaborate to build data strategy, direction and roadmap for data management, data quality and data assets.Ensure the platform is compliant with all applicable data privacy regulations and best practices.Collaborate with developers and data engineers to implement data solutions and ensure they are scalable, reliable, and high-performance.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other team members.Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies related to data platforms and provide thought leadership within the organization.
Qualifications:
Requires knowledge and experience in data warehousing (ETL, ODS, Star Schemas, OLAP, Dimensional modeling etc.); knowledge and understanding of different data management methodologies.Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with disparate clients.Ability to independently lead or facilitate meetings.Ability to identify potential solutions and take initiative.Must be able to work independently and within a team and handle sensitive data professionally.Must be able to work on multiple projects concurrently and work within deadlines.
