What You’ll Be Doing
The Co-op Archives Assistant will and arrange and describe unprocessed digital and physical accessions, help inventory and photograph the Archives’ artefact collection and support the migration of the Archives’ database to a new content management system.

You are pursuing a graduate program in Archives or related discipline.You are digitally savvy. You have strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Experience working with DBText and ArchivEra an asset.You are familiar with collections descriptive standards such Rules for Archival Description (RAD). Knowledge of Canadian history an assetStrong communication and interpersonal skills. Interact with a wide range of individuals in a variety of situations, which require tact, diplomacy, and discretion.
