Job Title: CAD Designer - Interactive Plans Team

Position: 

We are seeking a proficient CAD Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong working knowledge of AutoCAD and, preferably, familiarity with Adobe Illustrator. The role involves creating, refining, and delivering high-quality static and interactive site plans and community maps for architectural and real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, clean, and refine CAD files as per the technical specifications provided by the Client.Familiarity with general AutoCAD commands for efficient CAD processing.Analyse and process CAD files and import finalize plans into Adobe Illustrator for further customization and organization.Assemble, adjust, and layer graphical elements to create visually appealing and accurate plans.Collaborate with the team to ensure all finalized plans meet client requirements and project standards.Conduct quality checks to ensure final outputs are polished and ready for delivery.

 

Skills and Requirements:

Intermediate to Advanced level of proficiency in AutoCADWorking knowledge of Adobe Illustrator will be preferred.Strong ability to organize and adjust graphical elements with precision.High attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work.Logical approach to sequential and structured tasks.Proficiency in English (intermediate to advanced level) with strong communication skills for remote collaboration using email, audio, and digital messaging tools.

Education and Experience

Diploma or degree in Architecture, Interior Designing, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.Minimum 2 years of experience working with residential or architectural plans.
